In a recent news about the v1.1.5 update, it was hinted that some changes to speeders are around the corner. All this presented in a manner of "rumors and stories". You be the judge.

"Korrealis Corporation, a family-owned personal transportation company based out of Balmorra, has announced that, in response to a sharp increase in customer complaints, all production of the ‘Sovereign’, ‘Prince’, 'Baron' and 'Commander' speeder lines has been halted indefinitely. This announcement comes on the heels of the rumor that Tirsa Industrial Consortium has quietly ceased production of their less than successful 'Prime' model, which faced similar blowback.

Vehicle Vendors across the galaxy have been advised to clear out any remaining stock of these models, and many Vendors have begun offering steep discounts to entice potential customers. Collectors and investors may want to take note that the previous limitations governing the resale of some vehicles seem to have been lifted and are encouraged to use the opportunity to purchase these legacy vehicles while they are still available."

Other than this it looks like they are also lowering the cost of the speeder licenses and removing the alignment requirements on color crystals.

All in all, i find nothing good about these changes. Having Sith running around with green lightsabers will just feel out of place and neglect the awesome feeling of good vs bad. As for the speeders im feeling a bit let down as to the fact that i am effectively being punished for not power-leveling these past few months. I've been playing and enjoying the game in my own pace, not knowing i will miss out on content. Looks to me they are removing the most expensive and coolest looking speeders currently in game, and i will have no chance to get them in time.

Perhaps they will re-appear as crafted items, who knows. If they are just flat out removing them i have no clue as to why. I only know i am not paying a subscription for having game content to be taken out of the game.
